Chanel Supply Chain Technician

1. Manage supplier communication and procurement of materials and components necessary for production and industrialization.
2. Collaborate closely with Development Project Managers and planning teams to manage orders and maintain supplier relationships.
3. Analyze and document material/component needs.
4. Oversee order management, including administrative and IT processing.
5. Ensure order follow-up and supplier reminders.
6. Monitor quality non-conformities and manage re-deliveries.
7. Communicate and alert on production plan feasibility issues.
8. Support suppliers in regular meetings to identify capacity pathways and establish action plans.
9. Track key supplier performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)
2. Relevant experience in supply chain or procurement

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
3. Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems (preferably M3)
4. Fluency in Italian is advantageous

A minimum of one year of significant experience in a similar role is required.
