1. Oversee all fundamental subcontracting functions including receipt, inspection, preparation, and order processing, as well as document validation and entry, including invoicing.
2. Maintain regular contact with subcontractors, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
3. Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to assess subcontractor capacity and workload.
4. Conduct packaging of various component types.
5. Ensure the validity and currency of operational procedures, updating them as necessary.
6. Participate in the archiving of departmental data.

1. Possession of a CFC in commerce or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial sector, particularly in horology.

1. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Word, with adaptability to ERP systems.
2. Proactive, meticulous, and methodical approach with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Versatility with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial sector, particularly in a horological company.

CFC in commerce or equivalent qualification.
