Chanel Stockroom Clerk

1. Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming deliveries of merchandise; verify quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
2. Organize and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, ensuring items are stored, protected and easily retrievable.
3. Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; support cycle counts and full stocktakes.
4. Pick, pack and prepare stock transfers, returns and internal requisitions for boutique floor replenishment.
5. Coordinate closely with boutique sales teams and logistics to prioritize replenishment and support client orders.
6. Adhere to security, loss-prevention and brand handling protocols for high-value merchandise.
7. Maintain clear, up-to-date stock records and documentation; report anomalies to management promptly.

1. Right to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
2. Proven reliability, strong attention to detail and capacity to handle delicate, high-value products.
3. Physical ability to perform repeated lifting, carrying and standing for prolonged periods.
4. Basic numeracy and organisational skills; ability to follow established stock control procedures.
5. Excellent team orientation and clear communication skills in a retail environment.
