Chanel Sales Support Intern — Fragrance & Beauty

1. Support boutique sales advisors in daily clienteling and face‑to‑face service, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
2. Assist with merchandising, window and in‑store presentation to maintain Chanel visual standards
3. Prepare product samples, testers and gift‑wrapping; manage POS transactions and basic administrative tasks
4. Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, perform stock reconciliations and assist with stockroom organisation
5. Contribute to boutique events and client appointments logistics, including invitations, set‑up and follow‑up
6. Compile simple sales reports and assist with ad hoc projects to support the boutique management team

1. Current enrollment in a degree programme in business, marketing, luxury management, cosmetics/beauty, or related field
2. Authorisation to undertake an internship in Switzerland (right to work)
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner suitable for luxury retail
4. Professional discretion, reliability and a strong attention to detail
5. Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in business, marketing, luxury management, cosmetology, or a related discipline.
