Chanel Sales and Stock Support Specialist

1. Support the sales team by managing administrative and back-of-house duties while maintaining Chanel's standards of customer service and personal presentation.
2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships both in-person and over the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all queries.
3. Assist on the shop floor as needed, applying Chanel's customer service standards, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
6. Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
8. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed.

1. 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.

1. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
6. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

A minimum of 1-3 years in retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary: $55,000-57,000 CAD per year.
