Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
  • Assist on the shop floor, welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping.
  • Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure inventory integrity and organization.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas.
  • Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.

Skills

Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Customer service orientation. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management is required.

This position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $55,000 CAD per year.
