1. Manage daily operations related to orders and logistics, ensuring punctuality, precision, and quality.
2. Supervise order processing activities from entry to delivery.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners.
4. Resolve operational issues promptly.
5. Create and verify orders, reporting any anomalies or operational problems.
6. Ensure campaign closure with corrective actions if necessary.
7. Handle bulk loading of materials and articles for campaign orders.
8. Manage the allocation of sales items.
9. Provide operational and administrative support to the sales force.
10. Assist external and internal clients.
11. Update and maintain client records.
12. Manage legal documentation and forms.
13. Enter and update data in company systems.
14. Handle client openings, closures, and transitions.
15. Manage retailer distribution contracts, including compilation, dispatch, and archiving.
16. Handle official communications such as closure letters, commercial agreements, and other documentation.

1. Previous experience in operational roles.

5. Knowledge of management systems (preferably ERP) and shipment tracking tools.

7. Good command of the English language, with French as a plus.
