Chanel Quality Assurance Engineer

1. Coordinate operational activities at the production site, including managing and addressing product non-conformities.
2. Provide support for annual product reviews and oversee the release of Over The Counter (OTC) product batches.
3. Participate in the site's document management and coordinate 'change control' processes within assigned scope.
4. Conduct internal and external audits and deliver quality training, including the development and presentation of training modules.
5. Monitor action plans following audits and inspections, and lead various improvement projects.
6. Manage the Validation Master Plan (VMP) for the site, including equipment, utilities, and premises qualification.
7. Validate information systems, cleaning methods, and processes.
8. Lead continuous improvement projects and contribute to cross-site project groups.
9. Serve as a technical reference on-site within the area of expertise.
10. Update indicators and dashboards related to the domain of activity.

1. Degree in engineering or pharmacy.
2. Previous experience in quality assurance and/or qualification/validation.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Professional proficiency in English.

A minimum of initial experience in quality assurance and/or qualification/validation is required.
