1. Support the VIP team in pre-event preparation and post-event coordination of samples, including wardrobe packing, tracking shipments, and managing returns to US and Global showrooms.
2. Maintain inventory by managing the check-in and check-out process of samples for VIP loans and ensuring timely returns locally and to the Paris showroom.
3. Assist with showroom maintenance, including dry cleaning, repairs, and supplies.
4. Proactively maintain a tidy and organized showroom environment.

1. Minimum 2 years of related styling or wardrobe experience preferred.
2. High School Degree required.

1. Strong organizational skills to maintain the showroom and archives.
2. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
3. Proficiency with Launchmetrics for coordinating samples needed for VIP loans.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in styling or wardrobe management is preferred.

High School Degree

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 - $29 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other variable pay.
