Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end merchandising execution for seasonal and promotional campaigns within the Perfumes & Beauty category across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Define merchandising plans and product presentation concepts in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising, E‑commerce and Retail Operations.
  • Manage briefs, timelines and deliverables with external agencies, suppliers and production partners to ensure compliant POS materials and in-store assets.
  • Coordinate planogram updates, window and in-store activations, and product placements to maximize visual impact and commercial performance.
  • Oversee project budgets, supplier quotes and cost-control processes; ensure on-time delivery and quality of merchandising materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and retail KPIs; prepare post-campaign reviews and actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensure all executions comply with brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements; adapt global concepts to local market constraints.
  • Provide training and clear merchandising instructions to store teams and field staff where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or equivalent; specialised education in luxury/beauty preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in merchandising, trade marketing or retail project management within luxury beauty, fragrance or premium cosmetics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies on campaign rollouts.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce concise briefs and clear merchandising instructions.
  • High aesthetic sensibility and rigorous attention to detail aligned with luxury brand standards.
