1. Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

4. Drive business performance within assigned product categories through analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to optimize product assortment.
6. Represent Chanel in the market by developing client relationships and engaging in community partnerships and events.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating proficiency in team leadership and business management within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $89,000 to $110,000, with additional variable pay components such as bonuses and perks.
