1. Coordinate and oversee the development of collections within the Chain & Weave division.
2. Collaborate with internal teams (materials, production, merchandising, ateliers) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers) to ensure product uniqueness and information accuracy.
3. Monitor the collection plan to maintain balance in pricing and references, adhering to merchandising guidelines.
4. Prepare for discussions on product offerings, considering quality, pricing, and capacity.
5. Allocate development tasks among ateliers and external partners, managing sample production.
6. Ensure timely product development, quality assurance, and address industrialization challenges.
7. Define product specifications, codification, and pricing with ateliers.
8. Participate in fittings and prototype validations, documenting modifications as needed.
9. Manage material availability for collection launches.
10. Maintain product codification and labeling throughout development.
11. Update product lifecycle management (PLM) systems with development progress and fitting notes.
12. Anticipate and resolve quality issues prior to industrialization.
13. Prepare technical documents and materials for sample launches.
14. Ensure prototype compliance with studio briefs and Chanel standards.
15. Support manufacturers in prototype adjustments before studio validation.
16. Participate in styling and fitting meetings to integrate changes into PLM.
17. Organize pre-standardization sessions with designers and study offices.
18. Manage development costs, ensuring margin balance.
19. Prepare for purchasing sessions and showroom presentations.
20. Provide regular reporting to collection coordination.
21. Lead and develop a team of product managers, fostering skill growth and project advancement.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in premium or luxury brands with strong product expertise.
2. Proven ability to innovate and solve challenges creatively.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PLM software, and Orli.
2. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
