Chanel People Solutions and Operations Executive

- Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle for the Bangkok organisation, ensuring timely and compliant HR service delivery.
- Administer and optimise people processes, workflows and HR documentation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Serve as primary liaison with payroll, benefits vendors and regional HR teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of pay, leave and statutory obligations.
- Support HRIS administration and data integrity, including user access, master data updates and periodic reconciliations.
- Produce regular people operations reports and metrics to inform local and regional decision-making.
- Partner with business stakeholders and HR colleagues to deliver operational aspects of local HR projects, policy rollouts and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labour law and internal HR policies, managing audits and ad-hoc regulatory requests.
- Provide high-quality employee support for enquiries, case management and sensitive HR matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD, PHR) or relevant training is desirable.
- Solid understanding of Thai labour law and statutory HR requirements.
- Demonstrable ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement on employee relations matters.
