Join Chanel in Paris as a Materials Procurement Assistant in the fashion press department. Full-time role starting August 2026, requiring English and French fluency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage material and haberdashery orders with suppliers in support of buyers.
  • Ensure the ordering and receipt of dyes.
  • Update receptions and prices in the system.
  • Coordinate timelines, partner follow-ups, and administrative tracking.
  • Conduct analyses by collection.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments.
  • Participate in the return of collection haberdashery.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of Italian as a plus.

Skills

Strong organizational and anticipatory skills. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with PLM and ORLI software.

Experience

Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.
