Chanel Marketing and Clienteling Manager

- Develop and execute client engagement strategies within the boutique.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client and marketing topics with the local fashion marketing department.
- Collaborate with various departments including sales, operations, and external agencies to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the Hospitality team and oversee hospitality services such as welcoming, food and beverage, and concierge services.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new services and digital tools, providing user feedback.
- Track client satisfaction metrics and report insights to the management team.
- Design and implement a gifting strategy in alignment with local guidelines and budget.
- Manage and maintain the quality of the client database, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct client analysis to understand profiles and trends, sharing insights with the team.
- Orchestrate in-boutique client events in coordination with the local Marketing team.
- Participate in the logistics and organization of client trips for shows and international events.
- Monitor the Boutique event budget and ensure qualitative follow-up post-events.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within a retail environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills. French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
