Chanel Logistics Supervisor

1. Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution centre activities, including inbound receiving, putaway, order picking, packing and outbound shipping.
2. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and reconciliation with inventory management systems.
3. Manage, coach and schedule a team of warehouse operatives and temporary staff; drive performance through KPIs and regular feedback.
4. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to guarantee on‑time deliveries and compliance with import/export regulations.
5. Implement and enforce handling, storage and security procedures specific to high‑value luxury goods, ensuring product integrity and quality.
6. Produce operational reports and dashboards for regional logistics management; identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain health & safety standards within the warehouse and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

1. Proven supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics operations, ideally within fashion, luxury goods or retail.
2. Strong understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures and compliance requirements for Hong Kong and regional markets.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, set priorities and drive operational KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
4. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures; familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.
5. Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain or occupational health & safety are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, preferably in luxury retail, fashion or high‑value product environments.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business or a related discipline preferred; or equivalent vocational qualification with commensurate professional experience.
