1. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
2. Organize in-store training sessions across various roles.
3. Recommend personalized e-Learning paths and update training records.
4. Monitor Learning KPIs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
5. Support sales team on the floor as needed.
6. Collaborate with HR and Learning Manager to develop and track training plans.
7. Analyze training participation and KPIs.
8. Develop and facilitate boutique-specific workshops and training sessions.
9. Manage administrative tasks related to training registrations and updates.
10. Prepare materials for coaching sessions and learning committees.

1. Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation roles.
2. Interest in fashion and retail.
3. Prior sales experience is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A foundational experience in training or related fields is required.
