Chanel Junior Finance IT Process Intern

1. Support the definition, documentation and continuous improvement of end-to-end finance processes linked to corporate finance systems.
2. Map current-state processes and contribute to the design of future-state workflows in collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders.
3. Assist with requirements gathering, functional specifications and traceability between business needs and IT deliverables.
4. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), system validations and issue tracking during rollouts or change requests.
5. Prepare process documentation, training materials and operating procedures for finance teams and contribute to knowledge transfer.
6. Monitor process KPIs, produce reports and present findings to process owners to drive remediation actions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
2. Strong analytical capability with a structured, process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; able to liaise effectively between finance and IT teams.
4. Ability to synthesise complex information into concise documentation and to draft clear functional specifications.
5. Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a matrix environment with competing priorities.
