Chanel Inventory Supervisor

1. Ensure efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enhance client experience.
2. Supervise and train team members, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
3. Process and record received stock accurately into the system.
4. Organize and maintain stock according to Chanel's standards.
5. Prepare and ship outbound shipments in alignment with brand protocols.
6. Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory under the direction of the Operations Lead.
7. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management and team supervision.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $29.50 to $36.00 per hour, with potential for additional variable pay, bonuses, and other benefits.
