Chanel Internal Control Project Assistant

- Support and secure back-office operations and inventory management for boutiques.
- Verify stock movements and analyze monthly rotating inventory reports conducted by boutique teams.
- Organize, lead, and participate in annual inventories in coordination with Retail Operations teams.
- Draft inventory follow-ups and collaborate with boutiques to ensure stock accuracy for each accounting closure.
- Act as the primary contact for boutique operations regarding Chanel's back-office processes and procedures.
- Enhance training materials and conduct training sessions on back-office procedures for boutique teams.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures within boutiques through regular visits.
- Participate in projects to improve internal control processes, including e-learning initiatives and AI roles.
- Create reporting tools and define KPIs for internal control, along with preventive actions.
- Coordinate internal audit follow-ups in partnership with Retail activities and monitor the implementation of corrective action plans and best practice sharing.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, Business, or IT.
- Previous professional experience in finance or operational risk management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with reliability, rigor, and organization.
- Business-oriented analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and a sense of innovation.
Previous experience in financial or operational risk management is required.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT.
