1. Define and evangelise the integration and API architecture strategy for North Asia and Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA), ensuring alignment with global IT standards and local market requirements.
2. Design scalable, secure integration patterns and reference architectures connecting ERP, CRM, PIM, e‑commerce, POS and logistics systems across the region.
3. Lead technical delivery of cross‑border integration programmes: produce solution designs, run architecture reviews, and validate non‑functional requirements (performance, resiliency, security).
4. Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, cloud engineers and regional IT leads to prioritise roadmaps and translate business requirements into integration solutions.
5. Oversee vendor and partner relationships for middleware, API management and iPaaS providers; manage RFP evaluation and technical onboarding.
6. Establish governance, monitoring and lifecycle practices for APIs and integrations, including CI/CD pipelines, observability and incident runbooks.
7. Mentor and upskill regional engineering teams; provide technical leadership during implementation, testing and production cutovers.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
2. Deep expertise in designing enterprise integration architectures and API platforms for complex, multi‑country organisations.
3. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technical strategy with commercial priorities.
4. Strong knowledge of security and compliance considerations for cross‑border data flows and enterprise authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
5. Experience managing third‑party vendors and executing regional rollouts across diverse markets.

Extensive enterprise IT experience with at least 6–8 years working on integration projects and a minimum of 3–5 years in an architect or lead role delivering large, cross‑functional integration programmes across APAC markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related discipline; a relevant master's degree or architecture certifications (e.g. MuleSoft, TOGAF, AWS/Azure architect) is advantageous.
