1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services to align with organizational objectives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
2. Lead strategic sourcing projects and collaborate with internal business partners to optimize procurement processes.
3. Conduct financial analysis and negotiate acquisition costs to reduce Total Cost of Ownership.
4. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through data analysis, consolidation, and process improvements.
5. Assess supplier capabilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure supplier performance meets established KPIs.
6. Mitigate risks associated with procurement activities and develop contingency plans for business continuity.
7. Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
8. Oversee contract management for indirect goods and services, ensuring legal compliance and resolving issues as necessary.
9. Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement procurement policies and processes.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.

1. Minimum of 7 years of strategic indirect procurement experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience with procurement tools such as Coupa at an advanced level.
3. CIPS qualification or equivalent.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
5. Business acumen and sensitivity to external business and economic changes.

A minimum of 7 years of strategic indirect procurement experience, including advanced use of procurement tools and a proven track record in building effective relationships with stakeholders.

CIPS qualification or equivalent.

Competitive base salary of CAD 140,000-150,000 annually.
