1. Assist in the production of visual content including photos, videos, and print materials for fashion shows, collection launches, Chanel events, and client communications.
2. Coordinate the implementation and dissemination of visual content across various platforms.
3. Organize and oversee film shoots and photo sessions, ensuring smooth post-production processes and asset variations.
4. Collaborate with creative teams, copywriting teams, social media teams, and Chanel platform publication teams to develop communication and distribution plans for visual assets.
5. Manage the delivery and proper distribution of content, ensuring availability on digital platforms and managing metadata.
6. Oversee the creation and updating of timelines, schedules, budgets, and other production documents.

1. Previous internship experience in a related field.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong organizational, anticipatory, and adaptive skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and software such as Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop.
4. Demonstrated commitment and autonomy.

Previous internship experience in a related field is required.
