1. Assist in talent acquisition and administrative integration processes, including candidate selection, job posting, sourcing, prequalification interviews, recruitment interviews, salary proposals, and candidate response management.
2. Collaborate with Payroll & Personnel Administration teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires, including dossier management and data entry into systems.
3. Maintain recruitment tracking tables, ensuring adherence to internship and alternance budgets and managing invoicing processes.
4. Support and guide interns and alternates in their career paths and development projects within Chanel, including mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
5. Organize integration sessions and dedicated events for young talents.
6. Contribute to the talent pool by identifying and promoting profiles for graduate openings.
7. Act as the primary HR contact for interns and alternates.
8. Participate in school events and recruitment forums, proposing new initiatives for school relations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or specialized HR school.
2. Previous experience in HR (recruitment, HR development, agency or corporate) is advantageous.

1. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
2. Dynamic, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Prior experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment or HR development, is preferred.

Master's degree in progress in business, HR, or related field.
