Chanel HR Operations Executive

1. Support HR operational and administrative activities throughout the employee life-cycle process.
2. Prepare letters and documentation, monitor, track, and follow up on required actions to ensure completion of HR transactions in accordance with HR Policies and Guidelines.
3. Coordinate with various partners and stakeholders to enable accurate execution of employee HR transactions and tasks.
4. Ensure compliance with policies, rules, guidelines, and SOPs, and that SLAs are met.
5. Track and follow up on outstanding actions or tasks from employees, partners, and stakeholders.
6. Maintain HR Data in the HRIS system (Workday) to ensure information accuracy and integrity.
7. Ensure timely upkeep and maintenance of employee P files.
8. Answer general queries from employees and stakeholders.
9. Support other administrative activities that form part of the HR Operations service catalog, such as Learning Administration, Contingent Worker Administration, and Benefits Administration.
10. Create, review, and update SOPs, process flows, checklists, and tip sheets to reflect changes, improvements, and new ways of working.
11. Participate in system and data-related projects and perform testing as required.
12. Analyze data and generate reports to identify themes and trends.
13. Escalate and highlight errors, issues, and delays in a timely manner in accordance with the escalation matrix.
14. Proactively identify improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
15. Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners to enable smooth end-to-end service delivery.

1. University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
2. 2-3 years of work experience in in-house HR Operations, Insurance & Flexible Benefits administration.

1. Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query).
2. Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Thai as an added advantage.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights that drive business decisions.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
6. Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

2-3 years of work experience in in-house HR Operations, Insurance & Flexible Benefits administration.

University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
