Chanel Global Client Engagement Project Manager, Senior

- Lead the definition, planning and delivery of global client engagement initiatives and CRM-driven programs across markets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Manage cross-functional project teams including marketing, digital, retail, client services, IT and external agencies to deliver milestones on time, on scope and on budget.
- Design program governance, roadmaps, release plans and data-driven KPIs; monitor performance and implement corrective actions to maximise client lifetime value and retention.
- Oversee requirements gathering, vendor selection and platform implementations (CRM, marketing automation, clienteling tools), and liaise with technical teams to ensure integration and data integrity.
- Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting; present program status, business cases and impact analyses to senior leadership.
- Develop change-management and adoption plans including training, playbooks and operational processes for local markets.
- Ensure client-facing journeys and communications reflect Chanel’s luxury positioning and regulatory/data privacy requirements.
- Mentor junior project managers and promote best-practice project delivery within the global client organisation.
- Proven senior project management capability with experience leading complex, multi-market client engagement or CRM programs for a global brand, preferably within luxury retail, beauty or fashion.
- Demonstrable ability to translate commercial and marketing objectives into scalable program roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with cross-cultural teams and senior executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform program decisions and measure ROI.
- Professional project management certification desirable (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills in English; French or other language skills advantage for a global role.

Senior-level experience (typically 7+ years) in project or program management, with at least several years leading global CRM, client engagement or loyalty programmes within luxury retail, beauty or consumer-facing sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
