Chanel Fragrance Specialist

- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations that translate Chanel’s olfactory heritage into tailored client experiences and product recommendations.
- Drive retail sales and meet or exceed individual and boutique KPIs through proactive client acquisition, conversion and aftercare.
- Develop and maintain a confidential client book using clienteling techniques and CRM tools to nurture long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Maintain outstanding merchandising standards for fragrance displays and ensure stock accuracy through regular inventory controls and replenishment.
- Demonstrate and transmit in-depth product knowledge across the Chanel fragrance portfolio, including ingredient stories, perfume families and application rituals.
- Conduct fragrance fittings, sample management and bespoke scent experiences while adhering to Chanel’s service protocols and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with boutique teams and management on promotional activities, launches and training; represent the brand at in-store events when required.
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail and client-facing roles with a consultative sales approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; calm, polished manner appropriate to a premium clientele.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to merchandising detail and stock control procedures.
- Ability to learn and articulate product stories and fragrance technicalities to a high standard.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel locally for events if required.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in beauty or luxury retail with demonstrable success in fragrance sales or consultative selling; experience with premium brands preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in beauty, cosmetology, retail or perfumery is an asset.
