Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the UK Region Fragrance & Beauty, Travel Retail, Canada, and Export businesses.
- Provide analysis and insights into distribution channels to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the month-end close process for respective markets and prepare financial journals.
- Conduct monthly meetings with key budget holders to review actuals and forecasts.
- Enhance FP&A reporting and generate weekly sales reports.
- Promote process improvements within Finance through streamlining and system enhancements.
- Prepare annual budgets and strategic presentations with the Regional F&B Director and Head of F&B Finance.
- Maintain strong relationships with business directors and Finance team to ensure strategic support and clear communication.
- Support business decision-making through analysis of business challenges and development areas.
- Consolidate and analyze Capital Expenditure Projects with the Head of F&B.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and budgets for Export Markets and Travel Retail.
- Ensure data quality and maintenance within Location Tool and Regional BI Data.
- Collaborate with systems, business, and financial accounts teams to improve processes and reporting.
- Conduct month-end and closing reviews.
Qualifications
- Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in finance.
Education
Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
