- Coach Fashion Advisors (FAs) on adaptability and flexibility to enhance client interactions.
- Customize, deliver, and monitor training programs tailored to the needs of retail staff.
- Collaborate with HR and Retail Managers to support people development initiatives.
- Engage and develop retail employees to embody and transmit Chanel's brand values.
- Identify learning and coaching requirements and develop customized learning roadmaps.
- Deliver in-boutique learning sessions on product knowledge, services, and strategy.
- Implement and drive digital learning solutions.
- Provide real-time feedback to FAs based on industry best practices and Chanel's frameworks.
- Plan and track coaching conversations to assist staff in meeting performance objectives.
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires with customized training experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine training content and delivery.
- Measure effectiveness of learning programs through defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary diploma.
- Strong passion for people development and client service excellence.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Assertiveness when required.
A minimum of three years in a coaching or training role, with at least three years in retail or retail management, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
Bachelor's degree or tertiary diploma.
