1. Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
2. Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product recommendations across ready-to-wear, accessories and beauty lines.
3. Maintain impeccable boutique presentation: visual merchandising, housekeeping, inventory replenishment and window displays in line with Maison standards.
4. Process transactions accurately, manage payments and returns, and ensure compliance with point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies.
5. Support boutique initiatives and private client events, including appointment management, VIP previews and after-sales service.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end boutique or premium brand sales; experience with designer fashion preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to advise high-net-worth clients with discretion.
3. Strong commercial acumen and results orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Right to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends and occasional extended hours.

Previous experience within luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred; demonstrated success in client-focused sales roles is required.
