1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel and its offerings.

A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 to $32.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
