1. Assist the team leader in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense reports, and travel arrangements using tools like Concur.
2. Provide logistical support by coordinating meetings, booking venues, and managing document distribution.
3. Oversee general services such as supply management and team onboarding, including badge and equipment orders.
4. Handle order processing through to invoicing, receipt, and follow-up.
5. Organize internal and external events, including seminars, meetings, and breakfasts.
6. Support teams through cross-functional projects.

1. Currently enrolled in the third year of a Bachelor's degree or Master's program.
2. Previous experience in a corporate setting, preferably in executive assistance.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong writing skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Outlook.
6. Familiarity with invoice management tools such as Concur and Basware is advantageous.

A minimum of one prior internship or work experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
