Chanel Event Project Manager

- Participate in the development of the regional yearly events plan, aligning with market priorities to support client engagement and achieve key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to adapt and refine event formats, ensuring local relevance and alignment with global fashion strategy and brand image.
- Contribute to enhancing top client engagement through dedicated tools and initiatives in collaboration with the Haute Joaillerie department.
- Collaborate with local markets to develop comprehensive project briefs, including objectives and ambitions, and produce detailed event proposals.
- Ensure alignment on objectives with all regional fashion departments from conception to implementation, including buying products, visual merchandising, and staff engagement.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on event buying recommendations to ensure impactful and relevant collection representation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional markets at every key milestone of the project, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Support markets in on-site event implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
- Demonstrate quick decision-making and responsiveness to unforeseen issues, ensuring event success while minimizing disruptions.
- Comply with the CSR strategy set by the Global Image department and ensure all events are legally compliant.
- Analyze event performance to identify key impacts and learnings, providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Master’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience or project management within the fashion industry.
- Proven international experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury brand landscape.
- Positive mindset, proactive and open-minded.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and efficiency.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in client experience or project management within the fashion industry, with proven international exposure.
Master’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
