2. Conduct professional skin analyses and personalised consultations to recommend treatment plans and home-care regimens.
3. Achieve sales targets for skincare and beauty products through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
4. Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety and record-keeping standards for all treatment rooms and equipment.
5. Collaborate with boutique and counter teams to ensure a seamless client journey, from appointment booking to post-treatment follow-up.
6. Participate in brand and technical training to sustain advanced treatment competency and product knowledge.

1. Valid provincial esthetician/cosmetology certification or equivalent licensure required.
2. Professional certification in facial and body treatments (e.g., advanced facial techniques, waxing) preferred.
3. Demonstrated track record of consultative retail selling in a prestige or luxury beauty environment.
4. Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering professional skincare and facial treatments in a luxury spa, high-end salon, or prestige beauty counter; proven experience meeting sales KPIs and building repeat clientele is preferred.

Certificate or diploma in Esthetics/Cosmetology or equivalent professional training.
