Chanel seeks an Esthetician in Vancouver to deliver luxury skincare services and prestige product consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke facial treatments and skincare services consistent with Chanel protocols and product standards.
  • Conduct professional skin analyses and personalised consultations to recommend treatment plans and home-care regimens.
  • Achieve sales targets for skincare and beauty products through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Maintain exemplary hygiene, safety and record-keeping standards for all treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Collaborate with boutique and counter teams to ensure a seamless client journey, from appointment booking to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Participate in brand and technical training to sustain advanced treatment competency and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Valid provincial esthetician/cosmetology certification or equivalent licensure required.
  • Professional certification in facial and body treatments (e.g., advanced facial techniques, waxing) preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of consultative retail selling in a prestige or luxury beauty environment.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
