1. Coordinate and support the digital roadmap for various regions.
2. Facilitate regular committees to ensure continuous communication between regional and global teams.
3. Share regional priorities and key information with Global Digital Services teams.
4. Ensure governance between the region and Global Digital Services.
5. Monitor regional digital projects, campaigns, and other initiatives.
6. Communicate project progress, including testing, features, and deployments, while identifying dependencies and risks.
7. Guide regions in following processes such as digital roadmap exercises, involving all stakeholders.
8. Manage ad-hoc requests, challenge them, and share with Global Digital Services for arbitration.
9. Assist regions in test management and ensure proper ticket qualification and tracking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
2. Curious, rigorous, autonomous, organized, and pedagogical.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

1. Proficiency in English (written and oral).
2. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Azure DevOps.
3. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
4. Experience in e-commerce or CRM projects is a plus.

Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in e-commerce or CRM projects.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
