1. Serve as the DataHub modeling reference within the Data Governance team.
2. Design, document, and evolve analytical models for data visualization and exploration.
3. Define and enforce standardization frameworks, ensuring their adoption.
4. Implement DataOps practices including automation, testing, and monitoring to ensure quality and performance.
5. Utilize Azure and Databricks accelerators to enhance delivery speed and reduce technical debt.
6. Develop and maintain analytical data models covering Retail, Supply, Finance, etc.
7. Establish automated pipelines for model generation and deployment.
8. Deploy automatic quality controls, unit tests, and monitoring systems.
9. Measure and address technical debt related to models.
10. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation accessible via the Data catalog.
11. Collaborate with the Governance team to enrich metadata and facilitate dataset search.
12. Coach BI developers and Data Factory project managers on modeling best practices.
13. Implement automatic review tools to oversee Factory deliverables.
14. Work with the Technology team to ensure data source availability and freshness.
15. Stay updated on Azure Synapse, Databricks frameworks, and other modeling tools.
16. Test new features and assess their relevance for the DataHub.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's in Data (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytical modeling on Azure or Databricks.
3. Proven expertise in star schemas, fact/dimension tables, and SQL optimization techniques.
4. Experience in data deployment automation (CI/CD, infrastructure scripts, automated tests).
5. Familiarity with model generation tools or metadata-driven design.
6. Ability to define standards and act as a Design Authority.
7. Strong awareness of technical debt, refactoring, and performance.
8. Proficiency in coaching and skill development for BI developers and project managers.
9. Active technological scouting on Azure Synapse, Databricks, and DataOps practices.
10. Fluency in French and a good command of English.
