Chanel Cybersecurity Project Manager

1. Lead the Advisory pillar within the cybersecurity division, managing the security portfolio of projects and guiding a small team.
2. Provide technical expertise and coordinate efforts to ensure successful project execution and risk mitigation.
3. Conduct and oversee functional and technical security risk analyses, proposing pragmatic action plans to reduce risks.
4. Manage security audits, technical tests, and remediation actions, ensuring compliance and vulnerability management.
5. Evaluate partners and suppliers for security levels and participate in vendor selection based on acceptable risk criteria.
6. Support incident management and resilience efforts, including backup for security incidents and crisis management.
7. Implement business impact analyses and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational continuity.
8. Collaborate with industrial security teams and follow security transformation projects impacting the Advisory pillar.
9. Contribute technical expertise to other cybersecurity pillars and respond to corporate security initiatives.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a complex environment, with a strong background in general and technical cybersecurity.
2. Experience in luxury or industrial/logistics sectors is advantageous.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with significant security responsibilities.

1. Technical skills in application security, API management, cloud security, audits, and security testing.
2. Ability to challenge technical architectures and decisions.
3. Strong coordination, leadership, and project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and synthesis abilities, with the ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity roles within complex environments, preferably with experience in luxury or industrial sectors.
