1. Lead and engage a team of 25 in managing component logistics, ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies.
2. Anticipate and identify potential risks, implementing associated action plans.
3. Oversee component warehouse operations, optimizing resources and promoting versatility.
4. Develop and monitor sector performance through KPIs and optimization plans.
5. Enhance team competencies, fostering collective synergies and maintaining a constructive environment.
6. Conduct team development reviews, set objectives, and assess achievements, participating in managerial meetings.
7. Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on Quality, Safety, Environment, Flow, Performance, and Investments.
8. Support site transformation projects, including the skincare master plan and activity transition to Venette.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in logistics management.

2. Proficiency in logistics flow and operational activities of a production site.
3. Organizational and methodical approach.
4. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
5. Proficiency in activity management and reporting.
6. Ability to propose improvements and lead action plans.
7. Proficiency in IT tools.

A minimum of 3 years in an industrial setting, ideally in a logistics management role.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
