1. Assist in the planning and merchandising of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie exceptional pieces across all regions.
2. Operate and monitor the flow of Haute Joaillerie and Haute Horlogerie in collaboration with merchandisers and regional markets.
3. Coordinate stock receptions and shipments in collaboration with the stock, transport, and customs services.
4. Update stock tracking tools.
5. Develop and update sales support tools.
6. Provide occasional support during Haute Joaillerie events.
7. Manage and archive stone certificates and authenticity certificates.
8. Serve as the point of contact for regions/markets regarding certificate dispatch.
9. Participate in cross-functional merchandising projects.
10. Analyze and track billable pieces via the dedicated platform.
11. Contribute to the drafting of sales reports for regional and global teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university, seeking a second gap year or end-of-studies internship.
2. Previous internship experience in an international environment is preferred.
3. Interest in the jewelry industry.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
6. Excellent service orientation.

Previous internship experience in an international environment is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
