- Facilitate smooth client appointments through constant communication with sales advisors.

- Animate conversations by narrating the history of the Maison and boutique specifics to spark client curiosity.
- Promote local cultural and gastronomic activities to inform clients and support sales advisors.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance reflects Chanel's esteemed image.
- Propose enhancements to the client experience.
- Participate in the facilitation of Morning Briefs.
- Significant experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, restaurant service, animation, or concierge services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong memory.
- Proactive with the ability to listen and adapt to various situations.
- Prioritization skills.
- Storytelling ability and capacity to evoke emotions.
- Sensitivity to fashion and intercultural openness.
- Fluent in English.
Significant experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, restaurant service, animation, or concierge services.
