1. Support various markets in orchestrating and deploying services to enhance the Client Experience, including defining roadmaps, monitoring schedules, engaging boutiques, and tracking project performance.
2. Conduct competitive analysis of innovative and inspiring client experience initiatives to inform new briefs and market strategies.
3. Participate in the development of briefs for the Artistic Direction, focusing on new initiatives to improve client experience across channels while respecting brand DNA and image.
4. Coordinate market activities by animating the Client Experience community, collecting local needs, onboarding new topics, sharing best practices, and highlighting successes.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
2. Minimum of 6 months of internship or apprenticeship experience.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
