1. Deliver personalized, anticipatory client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
3. Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and post-sale service using the store CRM.
4. Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
5. Process POS transactions, prepare sales paperwork and ensure compliance with internal controls and brand policies.
6. Collaborate with the store team and leadership to share market feedback and support store initiatives, events or trunk shows.

1. Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury clientele.
2. Demonstrable ability to build rapport, influence purchase decisions and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
4. Right to work in Mexico and availability to be based in Los Cabos.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience managing VIP clients.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or hospitality preferred.
