Chanel Cashier (Work‑Study / Alternance)

- Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and process all payment types, including cash reconciliation and end‑of‑day reporting.
- Deliver refined, personalised service at the checkout, ensuring a seamless client experience that reflects the house standards.
- Manage returns, exchanges and receipts in accordance with boutique policies while preserving confidentiality and client trust.
- Support floor staff with client flow during peak periods, including packaging, order preparation and reservation handling.
- Maintain till area and boutique presentation to Chanel visual and hygiene standards; support light merchandising tasks as needed.
- Perform daily cash controls and collaborate with store management on discrepancy investigations and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Participate in scheduled training modules and performance reviews as part of the alternance programme.
- Eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract beginning September 2026 and currently enrolled in a recognised vocational or higher education programme.
- Strong numerical accuracy and proven ability to manage cash and reconciliations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑focused demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
- High level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasons as required by the Avenue Montaigne boutique.

Previous retail or cashier experience is advantageous, ideally within luxury or premium brands; candidates with limited experience but strong client service aptitude and suitability for a work‑study programme will be considered.
Enrolment in a recognised alternance/work‑study programme (vocational secondary or higher education) commencing September 2026.
