1. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage cash, card and electronic transactions with accuracy and discretion.
2. Perform daily till reconciliation, prepare end-of-day reports and secure cash floats according to company procedures.
3. Deliver exemplary, client-focused service aligned with Chanel’s luxury standards; greet clients, answer transactional queries and support a seamless checkout experience.
4. Support sales advisors by processing purchases, exchanges and returns while respecting company policies and preserving client confidentiality.
5. Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards in the checkout area and assist with stock replenishment as required.
6. Ensure compliance with anti-fraud, cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory discrepancies, client requests and operational issues.
8. Contribute to a collaborative boutique environment, assisting in onboarding of new team members and participating in retail initiatives.

1. Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
2. Demonstrable numeracy and meticulous attention to detail; proven trustworthiness in handling cash and sensitive client information.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour appropriate for a luxury environment.
4. Legal authorization to work in Spain.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and high-season demands.
