Chanel Business System Analyst

- Support the digital transformation journey across North Asia and SEAA by ensuring successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Act as a regional liaison between local business teams and the global ERP implementation team.
- Capture, translate, and communicate regional business requirements to ensure alignment with global ERP standards.
- Engage with regional business stakeholders to understand operational processes and document business requirements.
- Translate regional business needs into functional specifications for the global ERP team.
- Map current regional processes against global ERP workflows and identify gaps.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and coordinating feedback.
- Assist in preparing training materials and support the adoption of new processes across the region.
- Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Excellent communication and translation skills between business needs and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to support change management and training initiatives.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
