1. Support the digital transformation journey across North Asia and SEAA by ensuring successful deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Act as a regional liaison between local business teams and the global ERP implementation team.
3. Capture, translate, and communicate regional business requirements to ensure alignment with global ERP standards.
4. Engage with regional business stakeholders to understand operational processes and document business requirements.
5. Translate regional business needs into functional specifications for the global ERP team.
6. Map current regional processes against global ERP workflows and identify gaps.
7. Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and coordinating feedback.
8. Assist in preparing training materials and support the adoption of new processes across the region.

1. Proven experience in ERP transformation projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
3. Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.

1. Excellent communication and translation skills between business needs and technical specifications.
2. Proficiency in process mapping and gap analysis.
3. Ability to support change management and training initiatives.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
