1. Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools within the boutique.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service, including welcoming and hosting clients.
4. Support daily operations such as opening and closing registers, handling shipments, and managing stock.
5. Maintain an organized stock storage system and process inventory accurately.
6. Communicate inventory and supply needs to management.
7. Collaborate with management to execute stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
8. Promote an omni-channel approach to enhance client experience across platforms.
9. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising are upheld.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, providing continuous sales and service support.
11. Foster positive team relationships to inspire trust and teamwork.

1. 3+ years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Experience in the fragrance and beauty industry preferred.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

1. Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
4. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

3+ years of related experience, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.

The anticipated base hourly range is $24.30 to $30, with potential for additional variable pay and bonuses.
