1. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Chanel's service standards, including welcoming and greeting clients.
2. Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
3. Assist the Operations team with inventory management, including shipments and cycle counts.
4. Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client interactions.
5. Facilitate the opening and closing of registers, handling cash and deposits.
6. Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

1. Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, products, and cultural initiatives.

Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $30.00, with additional compensation components possible.
