1. Support the Head of Project Development and the Boutique Architecture team in design management and project execution.
2. Contribute to the lifecycle of boutique projects, balancing operational needs with architectural implementation.
3. Formulate design solutions during design development and address project-specific constraints during construction.
4. Ensure successful and timely project delivery by following the design process from concept to completion.
5. Implement best practices in project management to deliver boutiques to market business divisions.
6. Stay informed on design trends, construction standards, sustainability practices, and retail innovation.
7. Explore new project opportunities and develop project development models with landlords and local professionals.
8. Assess project risks and prepare risk management proposals.
9. Collaborate with business divisions and internal stakeholders to produce project briefs, feasibility studies, and due diligence documentation.
10. Support project budgeting, programme, contract administration, and tender documentation preparation.
11. Manage material sourcing, purchase orders, and logistics with the procurement and QS teams.
12. Oversee local contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure design excellence and address construction challenges.
13. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.
14. Monitor and deliver projects in line with CSR/LEED guidelines and sustainability goals.
