1. Support the Boutique Director in leading and developing the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
2. Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
3. Lead the sales floor, ensuring exceptional client experiences are delivered consistently.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and mutual respect.
5. Manage sales floor operations, including stock management and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Coordinate with corporate partners for operational support and inventory management.
7. Assist in event planning and execution to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
8. Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards, ensuring a seamless client experience across all channels.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail or operational role preferred.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment, demonstrating operational expertise and a commitment to client service excellence.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $33.70 to $37. Additional compensation includes bonus potential and benefits.
