1. Coordinate and oversee technical activities related to architecture projects, including directing architectural designers and overseeing construction.
2. Communicate directly with markets to organize projects from concept design through construction, reporting to the Studio Director.
3. Coordinate design details and goals with market leaders, project managers, and contractors.
4. Manage projects to ensure execution according to schedule, maintaining quality standards and cost control.
5. Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching technology, design requirements, regulations, and market demand in Japan.
6. Stay updated with current design, construction, and technology trends through industry publications and professional development.
7. Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design development.

1. Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
2. Minimum five years' experience, including AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling.
3. Professional Architecture license.

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
3. Strict adherence to deadlines.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Rhino.
5. Understanding of sustainable design and LEED certification.
6. Experience with Revit/BIM.
7. Fluency in English and Japanese.

A minimum of five years in architectural design, with experience in AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling.
