Chanel Architecture Design Specialist

- Coordinate and oversee technical activities related to architecture projects, including directing architectural designers and overseeing construction.
- Communicate directly with markets to organize projects from concept design through construction, reporting to the Studio Director.
- Coordinate design details and goals with market leaders, project managers, and contractors.
- Manage projects to ensure execution according to schedule, maintaining quality standards and cost control.
- Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching technology, design requirements, regulations, and market demand in Japan.
- Stay updated with current design, construction, and technology trends through industry publications and professional development.
- Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design development.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum five years' experience, including AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling.
- Professional Architecture license.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strict adherence to deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Rhino.
- Understanding of sustainable design and LEED certification.
- Experience with Revit/BIM.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
A minimum of five years in architectural design, with experience in AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling.
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
